1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jitben ("jitben", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jitben online casino and sports betting platform available at jitben.net and associated sub-domains and applications.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between j itben and you with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. jitben reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the jitben platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jitben's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

The jitben platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk. jitben does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager placed on the platform. Players accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on their accounts.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the jitben website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at jitben.net.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the jitben Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on any game, sport, or event available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the jitben Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the jitben Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an Account:

• You are aged 18 years or above.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jitben or any of its affiliated game providers or platform partners.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf with your own funds and are not a proxy or agent for any other person.

jitben reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, jitben will immediately close the Account, void all wagers placed, and return deposited real-money funds after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

Players who are aware of or suspect that a minor is accessing the Platform should notify jitben immediately at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not gain access to the jitben Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on the jitben Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may register only one Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or at any subsequent point.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If your personal details change — including your mobile number or payment wallet details — you must update your Account promptly. jitben accepts no liability for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jitben will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or chat.

You must notify jitben immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised. jitben reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately upon receiving such a notification, pending investigation.

All activity carried out through your Account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility until jitben receives and confirms a formal notification of unauthorised access. jitben accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jitben operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a significant change to Account details is requested, or where jitben has reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jitben Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitben supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jitben is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jitben is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account is strictly prohibited. jitben reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment method documentation if a mismatch between Account holder identity and payment source is identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on jitben is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to maintain consistency with anti-money-laundering procedures. Processing times vary by payment method but jitben targets completion of bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals within three minutes of approval for fully verified Accounts.

jitben reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where: the Account has not completed KYC verification; the withdrawal request appears inconsistent with the Account's normal usage pattern; or there is an ongoing investigation into the Account for suspected fraud or Terms violation.

Withdrawal requests relating to Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds will only be approved once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings.

4.3 Currency and Fees

jitben does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which jitben accepts no responsibility. All Account Balances are held and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitben offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general conditions below and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 18 and above who hold an Account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are held separately. Real-money Balance is used first when placing wagers, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted after the validity period expires will be forfeited without notice.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games and low-margin table games — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• jitben reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, existing bonus balances will remain active for the remainder of their validity period.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, exploiting promotion mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to farm bonuses — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their Account permanently closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total value of wagers that must be placed using Bonus Funds (and in some promotions, the deposit amount) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

6. User Obligations

By using the jitben Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or any game, match, or event available on it.
• You will not use any automated betting software, bot, script, or other unauthorised technical tool to interact with the Platform.
• You will not exploit any software bug, error, or miscalculation in any game, odds feed, or pricing system. Any wagers placed on an outcome affected by a manifest error are void and jitben reserves the right to recalculate settlement accordingly.
• You will not engage in collusion with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software, games, or proprietary content.
• You will provide honest and accurate information to jitben's support team when seeking assistance, and will cooperate fully with any identity or fraud verification request.
• You will gamble responsibly and within your financial means. You acknowledge that jitben provides responsible gaming tools and you are encouraged to use them.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jitben reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jitben has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Account holder is under the age of 18;
• Unusual betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, bonus abuse, or money laundering have been detected;
• The Account holder has multiple Accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or from an authorised third party acting on their behalf.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, jitben may, at its discretion, withhold any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money Balance not connected to a suspected breach will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to the deduction of any amount owed to jitben.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting jitben's support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jitben will process the closure within 24 hours and return any remaining real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming purposes are treated as self-exclusion requests and will be processed as a priority.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jitben reserves the right to notify the Account holder by email and, if no response or login activity is recorded within 30 days of notification, to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to the dormant Account Balance until either the Account is reactivated or the Balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

8. Limitation of Liability

The jitben Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitben makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

jitben does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jitben shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider errors;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers;
• Loss of winnings or inability to place a wager due to Platform downtime for scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Outcomes of any game, match, or event available on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

In any event, jitben's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Force Majeure

jitben shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond jitben's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, strikes, internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages. In such circumstances, jitben's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

8.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the jitben Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of jitben or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed without jitben's prior written consent.

8.3 Amendments to These Terms

jitben reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jitben will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is published at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
